DESCRIPTION

Heart for Lebanon distributed basic food and hygiene supplies to 500 Iraqi families –around 2,500 to 3,000 individuals– located in the various neighborhoods mentioned above. The packing and distributions took place throughout the months of December 2007 and January 2008, during and around the Christmas season. Through this small gift, Heart for Lebanon wished to present a message of hope and solidarity with the Iraqi population that has tremendously suffered in its home country, only to further struggle in the hosting country of Lebanon.
