Children's Boat Trip
On Saturday, Oct.18, we had another children program, this time we took 60 kids on a trip! We gathered in front of the clinic, in Sid El Bouchrieh, where a big school bus was waiting for us, and we took off to Byblos. The kids were so happy, singing and laughing all the way.
At Jbeil or Byblos, we rented 2 boats and went on a ride. For many of the kids it was the first time since they came from Iraq that they went on a trip and for others it was the first time they ever went on a boat ride! They enjoyed it a lot! After that we went to a nearby hamburger place, and they had a feast of burgers and fries!
