H4L was able to help more than 130 students to stay in school and continue their education in the midst of rising economic and financial difficulties. H4L seeks to build a relationship with the sponsored students through school and home visits.

H4L sought to intervene in order to restore confidence in the land and encourage the farmers to restart their small businesses. In January 2009 H4L began implementing this project and bought 1000 olive oil soaps from 10 farmers.

One of the recently moved families to Lebanon… a family of 2 sisters with their 6 children… H4L’s visit came in time to give out blankets in this very cold season.
